Perfect breakie to start Sunday morning.

Not only the poached egg is cooked to perfection. Grilled chicken which's hiding beneath is really good as well.
And don't forget the hollandaise sauce, it's truly remarkable !

Well.. so easy to be my pick when it comes to eggs benedict 😃😄
