Food Review - Buntut Bakar from Giant Village Manhattan Times Square

Do you agree that hard work should be rewarded by good food?
Well at least it works for me.. Today I'm having this #grilled #oxtail a.k.a #buntutbakar from @giantvillagemanhattan.
It consists of a portion of rice, a large piece of grilled oxtail, sided with #sambal , #emping and vegetables.
It also comes with a bowl of hearty soup.

The grilled oxtail is cooked to perfection and so tender.
It literally breaks apart and falls off the bone by itself.
It is slightly sweet, flavorful and definitely got that umami flavor to it.
Sambal is good, not too spicy and refreshing.
The broth is rich and bold.

I highly recommend you guys to visit and give it a try.
