Tonight I'm having this #SatePadang from Sate Sabar Menanti.
I order only the base of tounge and intestines. Without any #lontong .
The #satay are quite delicious and cooked to the right texture.
The broth is beefy and delicious.
You definitely can taste turmeric, ginger, garlic, coriander, galangal root, cumin, curry powder and salt in it.
Overall I highly recommend you guys to try this out.
