Food Review - Filled Tofu by Mamaatato

Just a simple reminder for you that it's snack o'clock. Haha.

Today I order this #delicious #friedtofu aka #tahugoreng from @mamaatato by @asnaricajioe .
It is made by order (PO) to maintain the freshness and the quality.
No preservatives, no msg, no coloring and no addictives.

The tofu is filled with bean sprouts and carrots, then it is battered and deep fried.
It is served with two packs of their signature homemade sambal and generous amount of bird's eye chili.

The tofu is so fragrant, crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
It's humble and delicious.
The filled tofu is already delicious by itself but combined with their signature #homemade sambal really blows my mind.
It's salty, not too spicy, slightly acidic from the fresh lime, and garlicky.

Overall I highly recommend you guys to try this out and this is #halal so worry guys.
But please be reminded that this is made by order, so please make sure that you put your order 2 days before.
