Food Review - Mac and Cheese from Pizza Hut

I'm having this #macandcheese from @pizzahut.indonesia for breakfast.

#Macaroni and #cheese — also called mac and cheese in American is a dish of English origin, consisting of cooked macaroni pasta and a cheese sauce.
The cheese is often first incorporated into a #Béchamel sauce to give a #Mornay sauce which is then added to the #pasta.

Back to the review.
The macaroni is al-dente and perfectly cooked.
It comes with generous amount of chopped #sausage as well.
The cheese is sharp and tart.
I bet they're using #cheddar .
Mornay sauce is rich and #delicious .
