Having this traditional beancurd rolls (Teochew Guang Qiang / 潮州光锵) from @andyhakim87 .
It is freshly made by order.
This contains no preservatives, no additives, no artificial coloring and this is vegetarian.

Guang Qiang is a traditional famous food from the Teochew clan and is made from yam and peanut stuffing rolled-up in bean curd wrappings.
Nowadays, we hardly see people who are good at making them, as the legacy has to certain extent been forgotten by the younger generations.

These are predominantly two assortment of Guang Qiang :
- Fried which I'm having
- Steamed which this is the default when you order.

This is really delicious.
You can taste the earthiness from the yam, slighty nutty and crunchy from the peanut, crispy beancurd on the edges.
It is so delicious and addicting !
I highly recommend you guys to try this out.
