Food Review - Tau Kua He Ci Apo in Brahrang

Wandering around Binjai and get a lot recommendation from locals and friends that we should try Tau Kua He Ci Apo at Brahrang.
Judge solely on the name, I'm pretty sure you guys will think that this feast is coming from Hongkong or China. 
But you're wrong. 
This feast is purely from Indonesian though, from Medan to be exact.

Tau kua itself is yellow beancurd and he chi is shrimp brittle.
It contains of water spinach, beansprout, cucumber, fried tau kua, batter-fried crab & shrimp, and shrimp brittle, then topped with the special reddish gravy.

Let's move on to the review.
Their fried tau kua is really stood out. It's slightly crisp outside but dense and firm inside.
Batter-fried crab is delicious but I prefer softshell crab as it has much softer shell.
Batter-fried shrimp is fresh and delicious.
The reddish gravy is sweet, tangy and has a hint of tomato sauce to it.
