RECIPE - Melt-in-your-mouth BBQ Pork Ribs

Let me share the recipe with you guys.
Country-style ribs are cut from the loin, one of the leanest areas of pork.
These ribs are seasoned, boiler until tender, then baked with your favourite bbq sauce.
That's it!
Back to simplicity.
Ingredients

2.5 pounds of country style pork ribs
1 tbs of garlic powder
1 tsp of freshly ground blackpepper
2 tbs of salt
1 cup of homemade bbq sauce
1 tbs of paprika powder
1 tbs of cayenne pepper
Directions
=========
1. Place ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover. Season with garlic powder, freshly ground blacpepper, salt, paprika powder and cayenne pepper.
2. Bring water to a boil, and cook ribs until tender. (I'm using a pressure cooker)
3. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celcius.
4. Remove ribs from the pot, and place them in a baking dish.
5. Pour the homemade bbq sauce over the ribs. Cover dish with aluminium foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 1-1.5hours, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 70 degrees Celcius.
6. Plate it and Voila !

PS.
Cover with aluminium foil to keep the food moist, cooked evenly and make clean-up easier.
