Food Review - Mie Sop from Pondok Surya

To be honest with you, this is not my prior to order at @pondoksurya.id in Binjai. 
I want to try their Indomie Kangkung Belacan (Local ramen noodle with water spinach stir-fried in shrimp paste sauce) which is their another favourite beside Tahu Balik.
But sadly, that menu is available after 12pm so I order Mie Sop (Noodle in soup) with #indomie instead.

The noodle comes with generous amount of shredded chicken, meatballs, fried tofu, topped with shredded celery and fried shallots.
Broth itself is bland.
Barely taste anything.
Maybe that's why it also comes with a pack of seasoning (from Indomie of course), also there's sweet soy sauce, hot chili sauce and green chili paste in containers at the table side for you to add on.

When I came here, there were only 2 tables occupied.
It was not busy right?
But I was really upset with the service.
I mean not because of the waiter / waitress (they're quite nice though) but from the owner (i think?) herself.

Sometimes, it's not all about the taste of what food you produce or sell.
The experience or the ambience when you walk in til you walk out from the café or restaurant is really important as well.
I'm really hoping to see changes in coming future.
