Food Review - Nasi Simangunsong from Uncle K

Having this delicious Nasi Simangunsong from @unclekgroup at @official_sunplaza .

The light brown rice is soft and so fragrant.
Seems there is mixture of eggs between them.
As the characteristic of #NasiSimangunsong, the rice is sauteed with salted fish but it tastes light and has umami flavour to it.

The fried battered chicken is also tantalizing my taste buds.
The chicken itself is tender with thick crispy flour crisp. It's delicious to be eaten with the rice.

The sauteed water spinach belacan is infused with the aroma of shrimp paste.
Delicious. The water spinach is still crispy because been cooked for not too long.

IMHO, this is better and cheaper than the one at Jl. Semarang.
I highly recommend this for you guys to try.
