Food Review - Fuji Roll from Sushi Tei Medan

This is one of my favourite when I'm in @sushitei_medan .
It is called Fuji Roll.
Basically, it is the combination of salmon, crabstick and tamago (egg) which is rolled inside the nori sheet, then topped with cod roe mayonnaise and slightly gun-torched.
It is really delicious.
Kindly ask the sushi chef to torch the salmon longer if you're afraid to eat sashimi type of food.
