Food Review - Hokubee Sirloin from Holycow! by Chef Afit

Following #thegaring132event from @thegaring.ig which theme of today is western food so here I'm posting and doing review for Hokubee Sirloin from @steakholycow .

It's 200gr selected Australian Beef with a special treatment which they claim it tender guaranteed !
Never order a steak well done because :
1. You're ruining the quality of the cut.
2. You're disrespecting dedicated cattle farmers and butchers.
3. The meat gets tougher.
4. Most chefs DGAF about "well" orders.
5. You're wasting money.

I order mine to be medium rare and it turns out perfect. 
Can definiteny taste the garlic, rosemerry, thyme and butter.
And i have mine with the homemade mushroom sauce which is chef recommendation and indeed it's delicious and brings the whole dish to another level even you can eat the steak already by itself.

Well now is my disappointment part 😂😂
I have a little problem of chewing the green beans. Not because too long but i think they're too old. It doesn't make sense. Even the outer shell is so hard to chew on. Ended up I don't finish mine. 😂
