Food Review - Sambal Matah Chicken from KOHI91

Having this Sambal Matah Chicken from @kohi91 for dinner.

It comes with generous amount of fried battered chicken, topped with their homemade sambal matah and also comes with a perfectly cooked sunny side-up egg.

Sambal matah is a raw shallot and lemongrass sambal that originated on the island of Bali.
But this sambal matah has been adjusted to Medanese taste.

For me, this is just a so so dish.
I'm not saying this's bad.
To sum up, this is just a dish with ordinary taste but with a fresher look.
