Food Review - Oba from De'Rich

Make sure that you you've tried this Oba (Onigiri Bakar) from @derich_official at #kurniafoodlovers3 in @cambridgecitysquare before the event ends tonight.

The oba comes with 3 variants for you to choose : chicken, tuna and crab.
Basically the condiments is filled inside the japanese rice then the mentaiko is put on top then hand-torched.

I have mine with crab, the crab is minced and shredded to floss-like consistency. It's meaty and slightly spicy.
The mentai itself is good and definitely has the char smoky flavor to it.
But please be reminded that it's slightly fishy since mentai is using pollock roe.

I highly recommend you to try this out.
Ps. Their tamagoyaki is delicious as well.
