Food Review - Ayam Penyet from Sakura Kitchen

I recommend you guys to try what I have here.
I'm having this #ayampenyet from @sakura_kitchen_bakery which is located in @kedaikopicheng at Jl. Teuku Umar.

This Nasi Ayam Penyet comes with red-white rice mixture.
Red rice is variety of rice that is colored red by its anthocyanin content and has nutty flavor to it.
It is rich in fibre and it comes loaded with antioxidants, phytonutrients, phytochemicals, Vitamin E, protein, iron and many other nutrients.
So it's #healthy for your liver, kidney and stomach.

The #tempeh is slightly salty and #crispy .
The #ayampenyet is so moist and literally drop from the bone by itself.

The uniqueness of this dish is the sambal.
It comes with two types of #sambal : #sambalterasi and #sambalkecap .
The sambal terasi (#shrimppaste sambal) is a bit oily and not spicy at all.
The spiciness comes from the sambal kecap (spicy soysauce). This set of meal costs for IDR 22K.
Pretty affordable price for this humble yet healthy meal, isn't it?
I highly recommend you guys to try this out.
