Food Review - Chicken Creamy Mozarella from Martabak Maknyus

Tonight I'm having this Chicken Creamy Mozarella #martabak from @martabakmaknyus.id in @thekopfutsalmedanid at Jl. Krakatau.

First of all, look at this gorgeous !!!
Judge solely from the look, you have already known this will be good.

Although it looks like #pizza, the base is literally #martabaktelur (folded #omelettepancake with bits of vegetables, green onions and minced meat).
Then it's topped with shredded cheese, and hand-torched for a while.
After the #cheese melts, they add chopped red & green paprika and sliced sausage on top.
Then add generous amount of cheese on top.
Then it's hand-torched for 2nd time until all the cheese are molten.

The martabak telur is slightly salty, fragrant, and already delicious by itself.
With the additional pizza toppings, they elevate this martabak to way out of the league. 😍😍😍
This is absolutely delicious.

Overall, I highly recommend you guys to try this out.
It costs me IDR 65K but this is totally worth it.
They have #martabakmanis as well if you fond of sweet treats.
