Today I'm having this #nonhalal #pork meal from #babipanggang88 in Siantar City for lunch.
This restaurant is located at Jl. Cipto, and it is really packed during lunch time.
They're famous for their crispy roasted #pork belly.
And there're many take-out buyers as well.
I'm shocked because the price is really affordable - IDR 24K if i'm not mistaken.
It comes with generous portion of rice, #roastedpork belly, #charsiew , pork #rendang , spicy sweet glaced potato chips, slices of cucumber, and a quarter of egg.
It also comes with 2 type of soup : sweet & salty pork glace and salted vegetable soup.
The highlight is the roasted #porkbellythough.
It is slightly salty, crispy and succulent.
The charsiew is slightly sweet and tender.
Really delicious indeed.
The other highlight is the chili.
It comes with 2 types of chili : grinded green chili and chopped chili with soysauce.
The grinded green chili is really refreshing.
It is spicy, tangy and got that numbing sensation from #andaliman which is the best complement when you are having pork dishes.
I'm pretty sure this is one of the best pork meal in Siantar City.
It's a taste is to die for.
I highly recommend you guys to try this out.
