Hello Tummers..
Today I'm having this super delicious #beef#kwetiau from @leo_nelvin .
This special menu is only available on Wednesday.
You can choose rice instead of flat rice noodle.

First of all, look at those beef !!
It's made of 100% boneless beef shank and this is a really gorgeous looking dish!
Beef shank tends to be though and dry but @chef_leo.nelvin literally pulls it off.
After hours of cooking, this beef shank is so tender, moist, sinewy, and literally breaks upon your tounge.
No effort needed.

The rice flat noodle is cooked to perfection and slightly sourish which is the natural flavor of rice noodle.
The gravy is top notch. It's seasoned to perfection, beefy, slightly runny, not too thick, and full of flavor.

And make sure you squeeze the lime before you enjoy this #beefnoodle .
It brings all the components together and make them fresh, light, and bright.

I do highly recommend you guys to try this out.
But as usual, there's simple reminder to all of you if you try anything in Mr. Prawns.
Once you try, there's no turning back.
