Food Review - Budae-Jjigae from Omma Recipe

Having this Budae-Jjigae ( #부대찌개 ) from @omma.recipe for late #dinner.
Budae-Jjigae is literally army base stew and this dish was created shortly after the armistice that ended the korean war.

This budae-jjigae contains of korean #ramyeon , #spam , artificial #crabmeat , #sausage , #enoki and vegetables.
All of them were stewed inside kimchi broth.

If you want to seek the authenticity of korean cuisine, this is definitely not for you.
Judge from the color, I know it will be lack of flavour and I was right.

This is disappointing.
The broth is too mild, lack of seasonings and definitely need more korean paste ( #kimchi or #gochujang ) to make it stronger and bold.
It's just plain water with a hint of spiciness yet lack of flavour.
I barely can taste anything, I'm really sorry.
