Food Review - Ayam Pop Panas from RM Ranah Minang

Today I'm having this #NasiPadang from Ayam Pop Panas at Jl. Sei Kera.
It's easy to spot on this stall because it's so packed and crowded in lunch time.

They constantly fry the #AyamPop since the demands are so high.
Tbh I almost give up on queueing but my curiosity is getting the better of me and it pays off literally.

The rice is doused with curry gravy, sided with cassava leaves, and tauco.
The rice already good by itself but the additional #FriedChicken (read : Ayam Pop) elevates the dish to a whole new level.

The chicken is seasoned and cooked to perfection.
It's crusty, crunchy, moist and juicy inside.
Slightly salty in good way and got that umami flavour to it.
And as you can see, one pc of chicken is not enough !
The aroma and flavor is trully tremendous.

I highly recommend you guys to try this out.
And today I learn that never rush to something.
Anything worth having is totally worth the wait.
