Food Review - Paket Sambal Ijo from Texas Chicken

Hi Tummers..
Today I'm having this new-launched #kekinian meal from @texasindonesiawhich the difference is in the chili sauce.

The new menu is called paket #sambalijo .
For only IDR 32K include tax, it comes with 1 piece of #friedchicken (which you can choose whether you want upper thigh, lower thigh, breast or wing), 1 rice (which you can substitute to their famous #friedrice w/o additional charge), 1 pepsi, and a cup of their new sambal ijo.

No difference at the fried chicken.
It is still the ordinary texas fried chicken.
It's crispy outside yet moist and juicy inside.
It is slightly oily, mild seasoned and savory.
And you can tell that they're using fresh chicken (not frozen) which is really a strong effort.

The highlight of the dish is the #greensambal aka #sambalhijau or #sambalijo.
It is quite salty, slightly acidic and tart.
The heat doesn't hit you directly.
It isn't spicy at first but the burn increases slowly but sure.
But it isn't developing any pain though so you can still smile and enjoy.
